YEREVAN. – Former President of the Football Federation of Armenia and ex MP Ruben Hayrapetyan was apprehended a while ago. Hayrapetyan's lawyer Amram Makinyan told this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The lawyer also posted a note on Facebook.
"Urgent," he wrote in particular. “The masked criminal police officers have apprehended Ruben Hayrapetyan without proper justification.
I'm going there, Nalbandyan [Street] 130.”
