The four-day session continues Thursday in the National Assembly of Armenia, during which a closed and secret ballot vote for the election of a new judge to the Court of Cassation will take place.

The Supreme Judicial Council has nominated Samvel Grigoryan, Armen Haykyants, and Arsen Mkrtchyan for the vacant position of judge of the Civil and Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation, but Grigoryan has withdrawn his respective candidacy.

Also, the MPs will debate—in the first and second readings—on several draft laws and packages of draft laws.
