YEREVAN. – I have stated that I do not consider the results of the [recent Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)] war a defeat, but a record of painful realities. Hovik Aghazaryan, an MP of the majority My Step faction in the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia, on Wednesday told this to reporters at the NA.
"We [the Armenian side] have losses [in this war], and there are many ways to recover them. And [Azerbaijan president] Aliyev's convulsive posture testifies to the fact that they [the Azerbaijanis] are not satisfied with the results of the war. As a result of the processes being carried out within the framework of the [OSCE] Minsk Group, we have a full opportunity to recover our losses," he said.
Aghazaryan added that the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs have become quite active in recent times.
