On August 31, the Tavush provincial crisis management center of Armenia had received a report that grass was burning near the Ijevan Wine-Brandy Factory.
It was found that about 5 to 6 hectares of grassland was on fire.
Three of the four directions of this fire have been put out.
Firefighting resumed at 7am on Monday.
A total of 74 rescue workers are participating in this firefighting, the Ministry of Emergency Situations informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
