It is important for the election of the locum tenens of the Catholicos of All Armenians to be held in accordance with the rules currently in force in the Armenian Apostolic Church. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this in a video posted on social media.
“The work of the new locum tenens of the Catholicos should be the organizing of the process of adopting the new regulations of the [Armenian Apostolic] Church,” Pashinyan added, in particular.
