YEREVAN. - Several events took place at Yerevan’s TUMO center on Monday.

In honor of Charlie Chaplin’s birthday anniversary, 14 films with Chaplin were screened at the center. The film screening was followed with the reception of an Italian delegation at the center. The Italian Ambassador to Armenia Bruno Scapini gave a speech during the reception.

After the film L’Italia del Futuro was showed, two architects from Milan presented the cooperation in the framework of master programs between Milan’s Polytechnic University and Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction.

The reception ended with the performance of Italian guitarist Marco Mina.

To note, April 16 is also considered the day of Armenian cinematography.
