YEREVAN. – Compared to the previous year in 2011 real estate prices fell by 5.5 percent in Yerevan, the Armenian Central Bank’s Financial Stability Report for 2011 states.
In 2011 real estate proposal also decreased but that was not enough to prevent prices from falling. In 2011 the volume of residential buildings put into operation decreased by 0.8 percent compared to the previous year.
