With this court case, the opposition Heritage Party MPs Larisa Alaverdyan, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Stepan Safaryan and Anahit Bakhshyan, Heritage’s Vice-Chairman Ruben Hakobyan, and Ruben Badalyan demand to declare null and void Yerevan City Hall’s architectural-planning task and the City Hall’s permission to modernize the kiosks which already exist at the Park and to assemble new ones.

Also, the plaintiffs demand to declare null and void the master plan which Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan and the City Hall have approved.

At the preliminary court session, Zaruhi Postanjyan’s representative demanded from the defense, that is, the City Hall, to submit all materials of the proceedings to the plaintiff, too.

The City Hall representative noted that the documents will be submitted to the plaintiff.

Separately, the presiding judge informed that Central Landscape Gardening Company has appealed to the Court with a request to recognize it as a third party defendant.
