We also know that the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has been distributing bribe for the recent two days, opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) member, former PM Hrant Bagratyan said at a press conference on Friday. He also said that the ANC has facts and even video proofs on bribe distribution to the voters. Asked what the bloc has to do to prevent violations, former PM said the ANC is within the joint headquarter to control over elections. Armenian National Congress (ANC) is an opposition bloc founded in 2008 after presidential elections.
