YEREVAN. – Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan is in Moscow these days, Zhoghovurd daily writes, referring to its informed sources. 

“He attended the event organized in connection with Russia Day [the national holiday of the Russian Federation (RF)]. No serious meeting with RF officials has yet taken place,” Zhoghovurd daily writes.
