YEREVAN. – Armenia’s opposition ARF Dashnaktsutyun Party National Assembly Faction member Aghvan Vardanyan disobeyed the ARF’s decision to vote against the Government’s five-year program and did not vote at all, Iravunk daily writes.   

“We attempted to receive a comment about Vardanyan’s such conduct from ARF Spokesperson Spartak Seyranyan. But it became clear that the Party’s press officer does not wish to be informed of ARF’s affairs and is uninformed.   

‘Either call Aghvan Vardanyan or Faction leader Armen Rustamyan. 

But are you not the Party’s spokesperson?

I have not spoken with them. I do not know why they did that, [and] what happened. I am not familiar with the course. That is why I am saying call Aghvan Vardanyan.’

So, we did not understand. Now, is Armen Rustamyan Spartak Seyranyan’s spokesperson, or vice versa? Ok, [then] who is ARF’s spokesperson?” Iravunk writes.
