YEREVAN. – Delegation headed by the CSTO Secretary General Nikolay Bordyuzha arrived in Armenia at the invitation of the Armenian National Security Council head Arthur Baghdasaryan.

Bordyuzha and Baghdasaryan discussed on Monday the preparation and implementation of the CSTO Cooperation 2012 joint exercises scheduled for September in Armenia, as well as wide-range of issues on Armenia-CSTO cooperation. 

The exercises are organized within the frameworks of 2012 joint operational and combat training program of the CSTO member states’ armed forces.

The sides also exchanged thoughts on issues related to regional and international developments.
