The constitution is the main guide for a state’s development. The Constitution states the main norms on which state, public and political life is being built.
The Constitution is a document for the state’s prospects. It is important for the Constitution day to become a holiday for us all. It is important for all of us to understand that the Constitution is a symbol,” his statement reads.
