YEREVAN. – The Yerevan city council unanimously approved the Titogradyan Street reconstruction project during the snap session on Friday. 

The Yerevan 2012 budget allocated AMD 86.8 for the reconstruction and painting works of the arch-shaped passes of the multistoried buildings. Before the projects ends, another 58 arch-shaped passes will be reconstructed and painted.

Hence the city council approved allocating AMD 44,062,000 for the reconstruction and AMD 36.5 million for the painting works.

The Yerevan city council also approved to name the street between Amiryan and Byuzand streets on behalf of French-Armenian filmmaker Henri Verneuil.
