YEREVAN. – Armenia’s First Deputy Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan on Monday met with a delegation from the American University of Armenia (AUA) led by AUA President Bruce Boghosian. 

Armenian Government Staff Social Department Chief Astghik Mirzakhanyan likewise attended the talk, MOD press service informs. 

Tonoyan and Mirzakhanyan gave details on the results of the Government’s research to assess the education needs of the soldiers that are serving in the military units of the Armenian Armed Forces and to carry out an experimental education program in the army.

And the interlocutors discussed the avenues for the AUA’s engagement in this program, should it be included.
