Russian PM Dmitry Medvedev wrote in his Facebook account that Ukraine is on the verge of civil war.

“The reason for the Ukrainian tragedy is that even the legitimate authorities did not try to maintain law order in the country’s regions, when the administrative buildings’ seizure began there.   

“And the illegitimate rulers hope to recover this order which they themselves have cynically violated when seeking power by way of an armed riot. Now, they reap what they sow.     

“[This] is a chain reaction of events; economic and political,” Medvedev specifically wrote, reported ITAR-TASS news agency of Russia.
