Malaysia Airlines plans to cut 6,000 staff as a part of recovery plan after the company suffered to disasters this year.

The company is set to slash 30% of its workforce of 20,000, and will appoint a new chief executive, BBC Russian service reported.

MH370 disappeared from the radar screens in March and has not been found yet. Another plane was shot down over Donetsk region of Ukraine.
