YEREVAN. – The Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU) develops military medicine to ensure the health care of the military servicemen in the army.

YSMU Rector Mikayel Narimanyan stated the aforesaid during Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan’s visit to the university on Thursday.

Ohanyan, for his part, stressed that they underscore the army-society ties, and meet with various departments and organizations to strengthen the military and patriotic education.

The minister added that working groups have been set up to develop military medicine and to ensure the pre-military-draft health of Armenia’s youth.
