YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on Monday received the organizers, sponsors, and honorary guests of the 6th Pan-Armenian Games.

Prior to the reception held in honor of these guests, however, an award ceremony took place at the Presidential Palace.

By presidential decrees, a group of individuals were awarded the Medal of Gratitude for their significant contribution to the organization of these summer games, which kicked off Sunday.

Furthermore, and by presidential directives, several other individuals were awarded the Letter of Acknowledgment of the President of the Republic of Armenia, and for their active involvement in the preparation for and holding of the 6th Pan-Armenian Games.
