YEREVAN. – Independent MP Edmon Marukyan on Monday introduced the draft law “On Making an Amendment to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.”
The bill proposes to criminalize any and all public statement, or call, that is made against the sovereignty, or territorial integrity, of Armenia.
