One of the leading financial and information agencies, Cbonds Group, has made the ranking list of the organizers of domestic obligations of Armenia.

The list includes only five investment organizations of Armenia. “Ameriabank” is on top of the list according to the volume of its corporate bonds ($13 mln). It is preceded by “Armswissbank” ($10 mln), “Araratbank” coming the third in the list ($4 mln). “Capital Investment” ($2 mln) and Renesa ($1 mln) come the fourth and fifth in the list.

“Ameriabank” and “Armswissbank” are distinguished by the number of their issues -  three issues each. The rest of the organizations carry out two issues each.

The bonds are related to the foreign sources of financing and don’t require reallocation of capital stock. That is, the control over the management of a corportation isn’t lost even partly.
