YEREVAN. – MP and former Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian, on Monday confirmed, speaking with reporters at Parliament, that he plans to found a political party, and that he soon will announce about it.

But he only noted that this new political force will comprise deputies, individuals outside the parliament, and the youth.

To the query as to based on what resources he will form this party and get the people’s vote, the ex-FM responded: “With Vartan Oskanian’s resources, the party’s program, our tasks, [and] our vision for the country.”

In Oskanian’s words, they intend to work together with all political forces.
