YEREVAN. – Donald Trump's election as the U.S. President was due to the rebellion of American people against country’s establishment, Noravank Scientific Educational Foundation  Executive Director, political scientist Gagik Harutyunyan stated at a press conference on Monday.

But, according to him, Trump's presidency does not mean change of the entire political elite, but only a part of it.

“It isn't coincidence that the British analysts call Trump's victory at presidential elections ‘BREXIT-2'. It is actually so. What are Trump's tasks? The main task is: the U.S. is reconciled with the idea that the country is not predominant force in the world but a leading power”, Harutyunyan said.
