Within the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) domain, the year 2016 will be remembered by several challenges, including the military clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Austria, Sebastian Kurz, on Thursday said the aforementioned at the 23rd OSCE Ministerial Council meeting in Hamburg, Germany.
Kurz noted that the Karabakh conflict cannot be resolved by military means, and added that the OSCE plays a very important part in the discourse toward resolving this conflict.
In 2017, Austria will take over the OSCE Chairmanship from Germany.
