At least two thousand people came out to the streets of Paris, to confront Trump’s political agenda on women's rights, reports RFI, with a reference to France-Presse. Feminists’ rallies against Trump were also held in other cities around the world.

Demonstrators, made mostly of women and Americans living in Paris, responded to the calls of feminist organizations and SOS- Racisme movement in defense of LGBT people. Protesters marched from the porch of human rights along the Eiffel Tower to the Wall of Peace on the Champ de Mars.

Demonstrations against Trump took place on Saturday in Washington, New York, Boston, Los Angeles, and in other cities around the world: Berlin, London, Sydney, Budapest.
