The first planned contact between representatives of U.S. and North Korea was canceled as a North Korean diplomat was denied an American visa, Wall Street Journal reported.
The talks, between senior North Korean foreign ministry envoy Choe Son Hui and U.S. officials, had to take place on March 1 and 2 in New York, the Wall Street Journal reported.
It is still unclear whether a missile test or a murder of North Korean leader’s half brother may have played a role.
