YEREVAN. - The draft bill on conditional early release of detainees was discussed at the Armenian National Assembly Monday.

Deputy Minister of Justice, Artur Hovhannisyan, noted that it is proposed to change the composition of the commission considering cases on early release. If the aforementioned commission used to include mainly representatives of law enforcement authorities, now the number of representatives from civil structures will grow.

Apart from this, attention will be focused both on the discipline of the detainees and on how they supported communication with their family, as well as their participation in educational and cultural programs.
