The Russian side in Astana suggested to create a working group on exchanging the  prisoners kept by the conflicting parties. This was stated by the Russian President's Special Representative on Syrian settlement Alexander Lavrentev, reports TASS.

Lavrentev also said that the Russian side "suggested to discuss the establishment of a constitutional commission, which will work on developing the constitution. According to Lavrentev during the first round of talks in Astana, Russia handed the new draft of the constitution to Syria, "which unfortunately has not been discussed by the Syrian armed opposition".
