YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory message to President of Finland Sauli Väinämö Niinistö.

The message was sent on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and Finland, president's press office reported.
