YEREVAN. – The Prime Minister of Armenia, Karen Karapetyan, on Tuesday sent a message of condolence to Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
Karapetyan extended his commiseration in connection with Monday’s deadly explosion in a subway station in Saint Petersburg, Russia’s second-largest city after capital Moscow.
“Please convey my sincere condolences to the relatives of the dead, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured,” the message reads, in particular.
According to preliminary information, more than ten people died and over fifty others were injured in the aforesaid blast.
