Pop superstar Cher (Cherilyn Sarkisian) has become a part of Hollywood history by leaving prints of her hands and feet outside Los Angeles’ famous Grauman’s Chinese Theatre.

November 18, Cher, who is referred to as the Goddess of Pop, was honored with a special ceremony following in the footsteps of stars including Frank Sinatra, Clint Eastwood and Jack Nicholson by sinking her hands and feet into the famous concrete at the Hollywood Boulevard landmark.

The Grauman’s Chinese Theatre located along the historic Hollywood Walk of Fame opened in May 18, 1927 and has since been home to many premieres and three Academy Awards ceremonies.

There are nearly 200 Hollywood celebrity handprints, footprints, and autographs in the concrete of the theater’s forecourt.

The star admitted she had been dreaming of the moment since she was a child.

She said, "This is more special than you can possibly imagine because when I was four years old, my mother and I came to this theatre, actually my dad too, and saw Cinderella. I said to my mother, When I grow up I’m going to do this.”
