STEPANAKERT. - The Azerbaijani armed forces continued to violate the ceasefire regime along the contact line between the Karabakh-Azerbaijani opposing forces from mortars of different calibers on Tuesday. At about 8:20 pm, the adversary used Turkish-made TR-107 reactive rocket propelled howitzers in the southern direction, the press service of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR/Artsakh) Defense Ministry reports.
It should be noted that this is the first time the Azerbaijani armed forces have used this weapon since last year’s April escalation.
The Defense Ministry of the Artsakh Republic draws the attention of the relevant international organizations to the incident and warns the Azerbaijani side that the response will be inadequate.
