Russian Foreign Sergei Lavrov on Sunday is holding talks with his Turkish counterpart Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, in the Filipino capital city of Manila, reported RIA Novosti news agency of Russia.

The two FMs are expected to discuss bilateral cooperation as well as the international agenda of the day, including the present-day situation in Syria.
