YEREVAN.- Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed the law on December 13 ratifying the loan agreement “Public Efficiency and Financial Markets Program - Subproject 1” between the Republic of Armenia and the Asian Development Bank adopted by the National Assembly of Armenia, the press service of the Armenian President’s Office reported.
