Unplanned moves by President Donald Trump have damaged credit and reliability of the United States, Iranian foreign minister Javad Zarif said.

“One of Mr. Trump's policies is that he doesn’t want to be predictable. Of course, he has overused this policy so much that the US is not reliable much to any of its partners,” Mohammad Javad Zarif said upon arrival in Moscow to hold talks with senior Russian officials, Fars agency reported.

“I believe even Trump himself is unlikely to know what he wants to do next, but certainly the Europeans are not yet aware of Trump's decision at all,” he said in response to the speculations that Europeans might have been informed of the US president's upcoming decision about waivers on Iran sanctions on Friday and have called to meet Zarif in advance to discuss Trump's decision.
