It is necessary to increase efficiency in the settlement of Karabakh conflict, spokesperson for Russian foreign ministry Maria Zakharova said during a Thursday briefing.
Zakharova assured that the settlement of the Karabakh conflict is among foreign policy priorities of Moscow.
The spokeswoman said OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Angelino Alfano will pay a working visit to Russia on February 1. It sides are expected to discuss assistance to the settlement of the conflicts in the OSCE area, including the South Caucasus.
The last meeting between Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group took place in Krakow on January 18.
