YEREVAN. – The President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, has signed decrees.

Accordingly, Armen Smbatyan has been relieved of his duties as Presidential Adviser and appointed as the Ambassador of Armenia to Israel.

Smbatyan’s diplomatic residence, however, will be in Armenia’s capital city of Yerevan.

And with another executive order, Armen Melkonian has been dismissed from the office of Ambassador of Armenia to Israel.
