Russia’s Minister of Defense Sergey Shoygu visited the House of Friendship at the Alabino proving ground, in the Moscow Oblast (province) of Russia, where an exhibition was held representing the countries—including Armenia—competing in the International Army Games.
The Russian defense minister, who was accompanied by his Armenian counterpart Davit Tonoyan, showed a special interest towards the Armenian pavilion, and he even tried to play the parkapzuk—the Armenian bagpipe.
