YEREVAN. – Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan is leaving for Geneva on September 12, spokesperson for the Armenian Foreign Ministry Tigran Balayan told reporters.

Mnatsakanyan will participate in the 39th session of the Human Rights Council and will deliver a speech at the conference dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Conventionon the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide.

Upon his return, Armenian FM will travel to Stepanakert to meet with the leadership of Artsakh.
