The nomination of Nikol Pashinyan’s candidacy is a formality, said the head of the parliamentary faction of Yelk bloc Lena Nazaryan.

“This nomination is a formality, and our task is only to ensure the order established by the Constitution of Armenia, so that in the future there will be no hitch related to legal definitions. It is necessary for the National Assembly not to elect the Prime Minister, for the parliament to be dissolved,” she wrote on her Facebook.
