The number of Ebola virus victims has exceeded 200, the Congo’s Ministry of Health said in a statement.
According to the statement, 326 cases of infection were registered in the provinces of North Kivu and Ituri, of which 291 were confirmed, the Voice of People Today reported.
A total of 201 people reportedly died.
A new outbreak of Ebola was recorded in Congo just a few days after the state announced that they had managed to fight the virus once again.
