Armenia and Russia are completing the preparation of a document that will rule out the presence of foreign military forces in Armenia.
RIA Novosti reported the aforementioned, making a reference to the statement which Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov made on the air of Komsomolskaya Pravda radio.
“And that everything that’s done there will be transparent, from the viewpoint of guarantees for the absence of threats and risks,” Lavrov added.
