YEREVAN. – President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed a decree to appoint Christian Ter-Stepanyan as Armenia’s permanent representative at UNESCO.
By another decree, Ter-Stepanyan was recalled from the post of a representative at the Francophonie Permanent Council.
