The Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, has sent a congratulatory message to Nikol Pashinyan on being elected Prime Minister of Armenia.

In his message, in particular, Bettel expressed the hope that the governments of the two countries will continue cooperation for the development of bilateral relations and the strengthening of ties between the two peoples.
