Eleven members of the council of elders of the Armenian town of Masis held a meeting on February 5. 

There were 15 issues on the agenda, and one of them was related to renaming of Gortsaranayin street. It was named after Hrant Vardanyan, a well-known businessman and philanthropist of the Armenian economy.

Hrant Vardanyan died on April 20, 2014.
