The Diaspora Ministry performed educational, cultural, sports and other functions, while the most important function on interaction with the diaspora remained unfulfilled, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Tuesday in the National Assembly.

According to him, Armenian diaspora has a huge scale with thousands of organizations.

Thus it is simply impossible to promote discussions with all representatives, the PM said adding that this issue remains a big challenge for the government.
