Bako Sahakyan signed on Saturday decree according to which former head of the rescue service Aslan Grigoryan was awarded with the Mesrop Mashtots order in connection with his 70th birthday anniversary.

He was awarded for substantial contribution to the establishment and development of the rescue service in Artsakh.
