It is necessary to bring plagiarists to justice, not those who advertise companies that perform coursework or diploma works. This is what Deputy of the My Step Alliance Sergey Atomyan said during a discussion on the bill on making amendments to the law on advertisements on 26 March.

The MP expressed doubt that the authors of the bill drafted by members of his political party offer to subject persons and companies dealing with the advertisement of sale of scientific works to administrative liability.

“Let’s set administrative exactions and prohibit plagiarists from plagiarizing. What’s holding us back? After all, there are many other opportunities to spread the word about the sale of scientific works,” Atomyan emphasized.
