A criminal case has been instituted in relation to the incident that took place with the participation of former internal troops commander of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Lyova Yeranosyan’s relatives at Komitas Avenue on 7 April. The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia confirmed the news in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The criminal case has been instituted under the elements of Article 118 (beating) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
