YEREVAN. – After the de-occupation of Karabakh, it can get the highest status within Azerbaijan.

Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) Secretary General and Azerbaijan representative Asaf Hajiyev on Tuesday told the aforesaid to reporters in Yerevan, the capital city of Armenia.

“Any negotiations are a step forward if the parties have succeeded in achieving some progress,” he added. “It’s good that there is a willingness to get active in the humanitarian context, including at the level of mutual visits of journalists; it can create an appropriate climate.”
